Our retainer based technical support service gives you access to our support team via email or phone as well as having discounted rates when you need an engineer on site.

How does it work?
We work on a prepaid monthly contract, you agree with us for a set amount of hours per month at a heavily discounted rate, any works completed are taken from this allocation.

What if I run out of time?
No problem, we will keep you up to date with your allocation and let you know when you are running low, we can then increase your allocation at a still discounted rate.

So what if i have a problem?
We have support engineers at the end of the phone 24/7 waiting to assist you with support issues or technical advice, as well as our phone / email based technical support team we have on-call engineers ready to assist those problems that need an urgent engineer onsite.

How does remote support work?
We have invested in technology that allows us to take control of your machine with a simple software install from vone, you can watch our engineers navigate around your screen as if they were in the same room as you.

What engineer will you send?
Based on your specific problem, we can send an engineer perfectly suited to your request, this will speed up the time the engineer is on site, making it a more cost effective solution.

How much support is included?
Entirely up to yourselves, you can choose as little or as much prepaid time as you think you require monthly and will receive access to our 24x7 technical support team.

We will perform any remote maintenance and patching of your servers out of hours to reduce impact on the business.
