Sometimes we do not need to come to site, but can do all the work remotely on your machines, whether they be Windows or Apple Mac machines Vone has the software inhouse to allow us to connect to your machine to fix and resolve problems, providing your internet connection is up.

This service is free of charge with any of our support contracts, please contact us for pricing for one off support jobs that are needed.

The software requires a small download on your part that is automatically started once you enter your unique session support code.

We can arrange to have remote access to your computer servers (windows / mac / unix) from our offices and perform essential maintenance and server patching over nights and weekends, we will keep your servers patched and maintained from potential future hardware and software issues and from external influences. This service is offered at no extra expense in either our fully outsourced or retainer based support contract options.
